What I do

Discovery
User research, problem framing, validating ideas before they are built.
Strategy
Roadmaps, prioritisation, and the metrics that show whether it worked.
Delivery
Working with engineering from first spec through launch and iteration.

Open source

I build and contribute to tools in the open, mostly around secrets management and home automation.
